Anytime we have excess produce in our warehouse that cannot make it into a box, we find a way to get it to an organization that will use it to make a difference in our community. The unpopularity of corned beef in Ireland comes from its relationship with beef in general. From early on, cattle in Ireland were not used for their meat but for their strength in the fields, for their milk and for the dairy products produced. 'spox' was new to me just now.
'civil liberties engineer' was a new one for me recently.
