Virginia Supreme Court reverses itself 7-0, decides that its antispam statute is overbroad and interferes with anonymous speech. The motion for rehearing must have been a doozy. Earlier, the court had split 4-3, so they already had the ear of some of the justices. Slashdot and volokh have coverage - I'll add links later.
