Phelps' Westboro Baptist Church wins at Supreme Court, 8-1.
This was the right result,and is something the Church has been working on for years.
They will now be even more insufferably smug than before.
I think I first ran into these guys,both in person and online, in 1992.
I figure love the sinner hate the sin. I offered to have lunch with Ben, the Phelps who was disrupting our chatrooms, next time I ran into him at a rally. But they were afraidI had nefarious purposes in mind so we ended up not meeting.
I wonder what they will get in th3e way of legal fees for this one.
