Outlaws busted. 42 members of the Outlaws motorcycle gang were arrested over the past few days in Indianapolis. This is a gang that kills people, deals drugs,and has a hand in various scams. But they've been my neighbors for ten years and always been good neighbors; I personally never had any problems with them.
