this diner 2 miles down the street from me is mentioned by zagat for inventing a non-vegetarian regional sandwich. i looked at a property next to that is for sale cheap. 2Br house, 1 acre, 6 outbuildings. I'm waiting to hear back from the realtor. It'll probably already have sold.
