Interesting business model I ran into while camping this weekend with a Burning Man crowd in Ohio.
It's a for-profit high end restauarant but for every soup they sell they donate a soup. I plan to stop by tomorrow with some of our extra food from camping and see if they want it. A group of our food not bombs crew were at the campout, but it turns out they were there more to party than cook, so I brought too much food. After that I'll check out http://www.soapboxbooks.org/ or finley market then head home for a couple days.
