I stayed recently for a few days with an old man who used to work with, um, y'know, the mentally handicapped, which both my sisters have done too. Here in Lincoln one place some of them work is for the arbor day foundation, packing the bundle of tree seedlings that you get when you join the foundation. So get yourself some trees, if it's in your budget. There are 72 trees per person on the planet right now, but we could use a few more. Another way to get some trees is to buy a lifebox at fungi.com. It's a cardboard box and you tear up and plant it in your yard in a moist area, and first you get edible mushrooms and then you get trees. A little pricey still, maybe $25.
