notes for a notice of tort claim.
today around 3 pm i went to the city county building with brian dawn and wilfred (name changed due to innocence.)
i was 'trespassed' from the city county building for a day, interfering in my ability to obtain public records.
the reason is we were videoing. i think this is a violation of the indiana constitution's free speechsections, such as article 1 sections 9, 11, 12, 1, 2, and 31, and my public easement right to travel to the city county building as a seat of government.
i make no section 23 claim at this time, in light of collins v day, see also lwv v. rokita.
also implicated are amendments 1, 8, 4 9, 10, and 14th of the united states constitution, including incorporate provisions,such as the 1st an 8th, but also due process equal protection and privileges and immunities clauses.
. possibly the pre-amendment constitution also applies somehow.
i have an urgent need to contact the victim of a police assault. i was trying to access the records desk and also we were there to request to view/inspect voting records of dawn, wilfred, palafax, and myself.
