kevin mitnick's book, the art of invisibility, came up at amazon when i bought a book by jack luna, who wrote how to be invisible. and the mitnick looks good, and you could buy it at amazon, but then amazon would know you want to be invisible. one of my goals this year is to figure out how to be an amazon affilate. i have applied, and maybe even approved, but i have lost track of the details. i might be able to make as much as $30/mo that way, paying my internet bill. i try to expand the number of side hustles. in this economy, multiple streams are essential. today i bought another 9 shares of ARKG. after staying out of the market from 2001-2019, i put a toe in the water last year and bought a share of tesla, which worked out ok.
my income streams last year included medical subcontracting at 3 companies, some rent, some income from the family oil well, some gift income from a relative, that share of tesla, some w-2 income from amazon and korea house, a few dollars from my 401k amazon 2% match, a tiny check for a web design review, 3 plasma companies, a stimulus check that i will send back to pay my taxes, a couple of scrap runs,don't know if anything else i'm forgetting.
